If you need a copy of your High School transcript, please submit a Transcript Request Form, along with a copy of your valid Driver's License or State ID Card.

Request should be mailed to:

Email the completed form along with a copy of your valid Driver's License or State ID Card to:  jennifer.dickerson@thorndale.txed.net and transcript@thorndale.txed.net

Please be aware of your deadlines and allow up to 10 business days for processing.
